The apartment consists of one bedroom with 2 twin beds (which can be made into a double bed upon request), a well-equipped kitchen, a living room / dining area with sofa bed, and a bathroom with a shower. A small terrace, which faces the building's inner courtyard, provides a cosy breakfast nook.

CHECK-IN & CHECK OUT
Clients are kindly requested to check-in between 14:00 and 18:00 hours, and to check-out by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrangements can be made for luggage storage prior to check-in upon request. Late arrival to appointment with key-giver fee of €25 to €30 may apply.

PAYMENT POLICY
At the time of booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required. The balance owing is to be paid upon check-in with cash, or two weeks prior to arrival by bank transfer. No security deposit is required; however, any breakage or damage to the apartments or their furniture and equipment, or damage to the building caused by the client during the rental period, has to be paid for by the client prior to departure, up to a maximum of €300. Additional costs incurred (telephone, extra cleaning) are payable directly to the accommodation provider.
